Cornerstone Christian put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They strolled past the Odessa Bronchos with points to spare, taking the game 55-37. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 68-45 win the Bronchos walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.

Cornerstone Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Terrence Johnson, who posted ten points along with six assists and five steals. Those six assists gave Johnson a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Makaden Weathington, who shot 46% from the field on his way to 14 points and three steals.

Cornerstone Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Odessa, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Cornerstone Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-53 win against Devine on the 21st. As for Odessa, they have also already played their next contest, a 55-54 victory against Boerne on the 21st.
