Rochester and Pleasant Plains are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2016, but not for long. The Rockets will face off against the Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rochester will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Rochester is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They came out on top against Riverton by a score of 2-0.

Rochester not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Riverton between 14 and 16 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-14.

Among those leading the charge was Sam Kerley, who had 15 digs.

Meanwhile, Pleasant Plains was able to grind out a solid victory over Macomb on Thursday, taking the game 2-0.

The win didn't come easy: Macomb scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21.

Rochester better keep an eye on Kendal Guthrie. She was instrumental in Pleasant Plains' win, getting 20 digs and three assists. Those 20 digs gave Guthrie a new career-high.

Rochester's victory bumped their record up to 27-8. As for Pleasant Plains, their win bumped their record up to 24-12.

Rochester beat Pleasant Plains 2-0 in their previous meeting two weeks ago. Do the Rockets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cardinals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
