Volleyball Recap: Clay Center Takes Down Paola in a Playoff Battle

It's playoff time, and Clay Center had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Paola Panthers by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Clay Center's offense was headlined by Raimee Lipker and Lily Edwards, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Raicee Lipker and her 20 assists. Miley Mcgee and Addy Pladson kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Clay Center has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 27 of their last 29 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 41-4 record this season. As for Paola, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 27-11.

As of now, neither Clay Center nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
