Soccer Game Preview: Ferguson vs. Monsignor Pace

The Ferguson Falcons will face off against the Monsignor Pace Spartans at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Ferguson's offense. They lost 3-0 to Downtown Doral on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Ferguson can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 348th, while Downtown Doral are ranked 124th).

Meanwhile, Monsignor Pace kept a clean sheet against Mater Biscayne Academy back in December of 2025. They blew past the Wildcats 5-0. It was an even better day for Kara Machado as she scored four goals for her team.

Ferguson's loss dropped their record down to 3-9-1. As for Monsignor Pace, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
