Volleyball Game Preview: Sageview Lobos vs. Richland Bombers

The Sageview Lobos are taking a road trip to challenge the Richland Bombers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Sageview lost 3-0 to Chiawana on Tuesday.

While Sageview was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Chiawana's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15, 25-17.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Richland, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. Everything went their way against Pasco on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Richland never let Pasco on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-12, 25-22.

Richland is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season. As for Sageview, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Sageview might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Richland in their previous matchup last Tuesday. Can the Lobos avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
