Griffen Herston gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Saturday. Despite the loss, he was still locked in as he pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He is becoming a predictor of Rogers's success: when he allows at most three earned runs the team is 4-2 (and 10-12 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Herston and Rogers will face off against Hatton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2016, but likely not for long.
