Westfield has gone 9-1 against Chantilly recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Westfield Bulldogs will challenge the Chantilly Chargers at 7:30 p.m. Westfield knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Chantilly likes a good challenge.

On Monday, Westfield earned a 61-52 win over Centreville. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 24th, while the Wildcats are ranked 112th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Chantilly came up short against James Madison on Monday and fell 48-41. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westfield has been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Chantilly, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11.

Westfield came up short against Chantilly in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 69-63. Can Westfield avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
