Campolindo is a perfect 4-0 against Berean Christian since September of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cougars will venture away from home to take on the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Campolindo has three straight victories, Berean Christian has eight straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

It was a proper cat-fight when Campolindo challenged Benicia on Thursday. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers.

Campolindo not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Benicia between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Berean Christian lost 3-0 to Northgate on Thursday.

While Berean Christian was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15, 25-14.

Berean Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Campolindo, their win bumped their record up to 17-5.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Tuesday's matchup: Campolindo has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 8.2 aces per game. However, it's not like Berean Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5.9 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.

Campolindo was able to grind out a solid victory over Berean Christian in their previous matchup back in September, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
