Grundy Center is a perfect 7-0 against Columbus Catholic since August of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out. Columbus Catholic took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Grundy Center, who comes in off a win.

Grundy Center had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt South Hardin on Tuesday. The Spartans were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers. The Spartans not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 23rd (when they won 3-0).

Meanwhile, Columbus Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Denver. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Sailors have suffered since September 16th.

Grundy Center's win bumped their record up to 25-4. As for Columbus Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 4-22.
