After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westwood, West Florence was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They enjoyed a cozy 54-37 win over the Lugoff-Elgin Demons. This was a revenge game for the Knights: when they faced off against the Demons back in January, they had to take a 53-39 loss.

West Florence found their leader in sophomore Kara Fluharty, who posted six points and 12 rebounds. Those 12 boards set a new season-high mark for Fluharty. Gabreille Gunter was another key player, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
