Football Recap: Evansville Harrison Falls to Evansville Reitz in First Game of Season

Evansville Harrison unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were beaten by the Evansville Reitz Panthers 55-0 on Friday. The Warriors lost against the Panthers in their previous head to head back in August of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 49-27 score last time.

Elijah Darrett had a dynamite game For Evansville Reitz., rushing for 74 yards and one score, while also catching one touchdown. AJ Coates was in the mix too, providing the Panthers with two TDs.
