Volleyball Recap: Jersey's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Jersey lost against Red Bud back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Musketeers.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19.

Meredith Gray paced Jersey's offense, picking up five kills. Gray got some help from Adrian Blasa and her nine assists. Hope Buttry controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Jersey's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-6. As for Red Bud, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-1.

Jersey has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Granite City on the 20th. As for Red Bud, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Alton on the 20th.
