Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kade Johnson and Brody Bulloch Lead North Sevier to Victory

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but North Sevier had no problem doing just that on Friday. They secured a 65-59 W over the American Prep WV Eagles. This was payback for the Wolves, who suffered a 75-69 defeat the last time these two teams met.

North Sevier was led to victory by Brody Bulloch and Kade Johnson. Bulloch went 9-for-21 on his way to 24 points along with six assists and three steals, while Johnson went 11-for-20 to rack up 23 points and seven boards. The game was Johnson's third in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Efrain Bernardino, who posted ten points.

The win got North Sevier back to even at 13-13. As for American Prep WV, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-8.

Looking ahead, North Sevier and Enterprise will face off at 11:40 a.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. American Prep WV does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
