Chino Hills waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They strolled past the Etiwanda Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 33-19. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Huskies also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Chino Hills had a senior duo take command as Jacob Jimenez rushed for 97 yards and three scores and Alex Medyn rushed for 88 yards on only eight carries.

Chino Hills was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 233 rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their rushing yard total in three consecutive games.

One reason for the win was Chino Hills' imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Cayden Beyer, Jacob Baker, and Andrew Baldomino, who each picked up one sack apiece. Chino Hills got some further help from Beyer: he picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made nine total tackles.

Chino Hills' record now sits at 6-2. As for Etiwanda, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Chino Hills wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 27-19 victory against Damien on the 24th. As for Etiwanda, they have also already played their next game, a 41-7 defeat against Rancho Cucamonga on the 24th.
