Firelands extended their winning streak to 12 games thanks to a huge performance from Stella Frederick. The Falcons put the hurt on the Brookside Cardinals with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday with plenty of help from Frederick, who had 29 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last five games she's played.
Firelands' got stronger as the match went on, holding Brookside to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-10.
