Grosse Pointe North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Chippewa Valley Big Reds. That's two games in a row now that Grosse Pointe North have lost by exactly eight goals.

Grosse Pointe North's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Chippewa Valley, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-1 and their overall record up to 2-2-2.

Coming up, Grosse Pointe North will square off against University Liggett at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Chippewa Valley, they will take on St. Clair at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
