Volleyball Recap: South Aiken Comes Up Short

South Aiken had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Woodmont Wildcats by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Thoroughbreds were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2017.

South Aiken has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Cardinal Newman on the 15th. As for Woodmont, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Catawba Ridge on the 15th.
