Weber had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-9, 25-11, 25-17.

Weber's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Seth Cook, who had five digs and three aces, and Jake Ahlmer, who had 22 assists and five digs. That's the most assists Ahlmer has posted over his last nine matches.
Weber couldn't miss and finished the game having scored on 61% of their attack attempts. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a hitting percentage of 50% or higher in five consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Davis was able to grind out a solid win over Ridgeline on Thursday, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Darts.

Weber better focus on containing Siona Faeamani and Chase Valentine as the pair were huge in Davis' win. Faeamani had seven digs and three aces, while Valentine had ten kills and five digs. Valentine is crushing it when it comes to kills: he's had at least ten every time he's taken the court this season. Brandon Sims was another key player, getting eight digs and three aces.
The victory got Davis back to even at 3-3. As for Weber, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-6.
Weber came up short against Davis when the teams last played back in May of 2024, falling 3-1. Can Weber avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
