Basketball Recap: Higher Ground Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hiawatha Collegiate last Thursday, Higher Ground Academy came back down to earth. Higher Ground Academy lost 65-39 to the Edison Tommies on Saturday.

Higher Ground Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Edison, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-15.

Higher Ground Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 41-14 victory against Lincoln International on the 17th. As for Edison, they will host Minneapolis Southwest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Edison is facing Minneapolis Southwest at the right time seeing as Minneapolis Southwest is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
