Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dearborn). They blew past the Melvindale Cardinals 74-4 on Monday. The Pioneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 24 points or more this season.

The win (which was Dearborn's third in a row) raised their record to 13-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.0 points on average over those games. As for Melvindale, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.

Looking ahead, Dearborn will be taking part in a tournament against Edsel Ford at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Melvindale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
