Air Academy is 8-2 against Palmer Ridge since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Kadets will look to defend their home field against the Bears at 4:00 p.m. Air Academy is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

Air Academy made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Lewis-Palmer, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Kadets fell just short of the Rangers by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Kadets have suffered since April 10th.

Wyatt Kelley was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out nine batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. That's the fewest earned runs he has allowed since back in April.

At the plate, Air Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ayden Honeywood, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Meanwhile, Palmer Ridge didn't have quite enough to beat Rampart on Saturday and fell 12-11.

Palmer Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Air Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8-1.

Air Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Palmer Ridge in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 6-1. Do the Kadets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bears turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
