This season hasn't been kind to the Tenoroc Titans, who are still winless after their 12th game. They took a 42-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ridgeview Global Studies Academy. If Tenoroc hoped to take revenge for the 41-24 loss against they when the teams met on Wednesday, then they were left disappointed.

Leading Ridgeview Global Studies Academy to victory were Chelsse Jean-Giles and Stephanie Morales. Jean-Giles dropped a double-double on 20 points and 15 rebounds, while Morales scored 20 points along with six rebounds and four steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Jean-Giles has scored at least a third of Ridgeview Global Studies Academy's points.

Tenoroc dropped their record down to 0-12 with that defeat, which was their 15th straight at home. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 12.0 points per game. As for Ridgeview Global Studies Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8.

Tenoroc will challenge Wesley Chapel at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Wesley Chapel will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. Ridgeview Global Studies Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Winter Haven Christian at 5:30 p.m. on January 25th.
