It's playoff time, and Hebbronville had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Progreso Red Ants on Thursday. The Longhorns might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by ten runs or more this season.

Keyan Ramirez was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Derek Ramirez was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Hebbronville is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for Progreso, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Hebbronville nor Progreso have any future games scheduled.
