Football Recap: Hamilton Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arlington, Hamilton was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 14-7 victory over the Westwood Longhorns. The Wildcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Hamilton's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Westwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Hamilton will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Raleigh-Egypt at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Westwood, they are taking a road trip to take on Middleton at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th. The Longhorns will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 36 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
