Basketball Game Preview: Crescent Tigers vs. Belton-Honea Path Bears

On Friday, Crescent ended up a good deal behind West-Oak and lost 52-35. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost seven in a row.

Meanwhile, Belton-Honea Path was able to grind out a solid victory over Abbeville on Thursday, taking the game 43-32. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won eight in a row.

Belton-Honea Path's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Crescent, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.

Crescent couldn't quite get it done against Belton-Honea Path when the teams last played two weeks ago as they fell 45-35. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
