Football Recap: John F. Kennedy Takes a Loss

John F. Kennedy fell victim to John Adams and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Rebels and fell 41-0. The Fighting Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

John F. Kennedy dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for John Adams, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Coming up, John F. Kennedy will be playing in front of their home fans against Rhodes at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rams' defense has only allowed 10.3 points per game this season, so the Fighting Eagles' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for John Adams, they will take on Lincoln West at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
