Ian Calvillo was a major factor in Centennial's win over Roosevelt on Monday. Calvillo turned in nothing short of a gem, not allowing a single earned run over 5.2 innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Calvillo's strong effort led Centennial over Roosevelt and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Huskies are 7-2 against the Mustangs going back to April of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
