Basketball Game Preview: Caddo Bruins vs. Calera Bulldogs

Caddo is 9-1 against Calera since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Caddo Bruins are taking a road trip to take on the Calera Bulldogs at 8:00 p.m. Caddo is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Last Thursday, Caddo came up short against Hartshorne and fell 67-57. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Bruins came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Miners are ranked 151st).

Meanwhile, Calera posted their biggest win since January 23rd on Saturday. They put the hurt on Roff with a sharp 67-44 victory.

Calera's win bumped their record up to 11-12-1. As for Caddo, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-3.

Caddo beat Calera 57-48 when the teams last played back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Caddo since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
