Miami Trace won the last time they faced Jackson and things went their way on Thursday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ironman/Ironladies. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Miami Trace walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-15.

Lauren Farrens paced Miami Trace's offense, picking up 17 kills. Farrens got some help from Kylie Yeazel and her 35 assists. Alison Carter controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Miami Trace's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Jackson, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Miami Trace will welcome Waverly at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jackson, they will venture away from home to face off against South Webster at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
