Football Game Preview: Mt. Spokane Wildcats vs. Cheney Blackhawks + How To Watch

Mt. Spokane has won five straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Cheney has won five straight on the road also dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Thursday. The Wildcats will host the Blackhawks at 6:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Friday, Mt. Spokane strolled past Ridgeline with points to spare, taking the game 31-13. The Wildcats pushed the score to 31-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Falcons cut but never quite recovered from.

Meanwhile, Cheney never let their opponents score on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat University 41-0. The Blackhawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 29 points or more this season.

Cheney's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Mt. Spokane, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 7-1.

Mt. Spokane didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Cheney when the teams last played back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 7-3 win.
