Baseball Recap: Geneva Eagles vs. Edgewood Warriors
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Benedictine, Geneva was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with an 11-8 victory over the Edgewood Warriors. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Geneva considering their one-run performance the match before.
Shea Arkenburg and Kean Arkenburg did most of the damage at the plate: Arkenburg scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances, while Arkenburg got on base in all five of his plate appearances with three stolen bases and two RBI.
