After failing to score in their last match, Vanguard made sure to put some goals up on the board against Trinity Catholic on Monday. They never let the Trinity Catholic Celtics onto the board and left with an 8-0 win. Considering the Knights have won seven contests by more than three goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Trinity Catholic from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Ruby Scott led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

The victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 29 goals over those five games. As for Trinity Catholic, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8-1.

Vanguard will square off against Belleview at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Trinity Catholic, they will challenge Mount Dora Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mount Dora Christian Academy's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Trinity Catholic's offense will have their work cut out for them.
