Football Recap: Cayuga Piles Up the Points Against Inspired Vision

Cayuga never let their opponents score on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 56-0 win over the Inspired Vision EAGLES. The victory was familiar territory for the Wildcats, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Cayuga's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kase Dickson led the charge by throwing for 129 yards and three TDs on only 12 passes. That's the most passing touchdowns Dickson has posted since back in September of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Gunner Douglas, who rushed for 41 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Cayuga's record now sits at 4-1. As for Inspired Vision, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Cayuga will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Carlisle at 7:00 p.m. on October 10. The Wildcats will be up against the Indians' rather soft defense (which has allowed 26.4 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Inspired Vision, they will take on Blooming Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
