Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Orland walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Miramonte Matadors on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

Orland not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Miramonte between 15 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-15, 25-16.

Dottie Davis paced Orland's offense, picking up 15 kills. Davis got some help from Caydance Kremer and her 25 assists. Finally, Lillianna Rowe kept Orland's defense grounded, leading the team with eight blocks.

Orland's victory bumped their record up to 36-4. As for Miramonte, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-8.

Coming up, Orland will face off against Immanuel at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Miramonte does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
