Softball Recap: Edison Tech Comes Up Short

Edison Tech extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 11 on Monday, dropping them down to 0-9. They lost 15-0 to the Lima Christian Saints. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-0 two weeks ago.

As for Lima Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2. Considering they have won seven games by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

For Lima Christian's part, they got a massive performance out of Eden Falco, who went 1-for-2 with four stolen bases, three runs, and one double. Another player making a difference was Addison DiPasquale, who went 2-for-4 with four stolen bases, two runs, and two doubles.

Edison Tech didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-3 defeat against School of the Arts on the 28th. As for Lima Christian, they will host Northstar Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
