Notre Dame Academy hadn't done well against Douglas recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Rebels were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers. The Rebels were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Tigers, so the Rebels were just returning the favor.

Notre Dame Academy's got stronger as the match went on, holding Douglas to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-19, 25-11.
