For the second straight game, Camas will face off against Battle Ground. The Papermakers will head out on the road to face off against the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Camas is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season.

Camas fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Battle Ground on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 7-6.

Jameson McNeley was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Sophia Chambers, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Camas' loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-8. As for Battle Ground, with the win, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-8-1.
