Baseball Recap: Lowell Comes Up Short

Lowell lost to Cambridge Rindge & Latin back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Red Raiders came up short against the Falcons, falling 11-4. The Red Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lowell now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Cambridge Rindge & Latin, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 3-0-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lowell will welcome Chelmsford at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Lions' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Red Raiders' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Cambridge Rindge & Latin, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Concord-Carlisle at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
