Volleyball Recap: Continental Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Continental lost against Paulding back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Pirates lost 3-0 to the Panthers. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-19, 25-12.

Macie Clemens paced Continental's offense, picking up nine kills. Clemens got some help from Kenzie Searfoss and her 13 assists. Searfoss was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Continental's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Paulding, they pushed their record up to 16-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, Continental will head out on the road to square off against Ottoville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Paulding, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Tinora at 5:30 p.m.
