There's no place like home for Forge Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They claimed a resounding 63-0 victory over the Manitou Springs Mustangs. The win continues a trend for the Fury in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won five in a row.

Quentin Torres was his usual excellent self, picking up 107 receiving yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for 65 yards. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 65 yards. Treysen Eye was in the mix too, providing Forge Christian with two TDs.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Forge Christian proved: they limited Manitou Springs to a paltry one yards per carry. While two picked up at least three total tackles, Torres stood above the rest. He picked up 107 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 65 yards. Forge Christian didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 8.4.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Forge Christian, racking up 19 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Torres, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Forge Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Manitou Springs, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.
