Los Alamitos put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 49-42 win over the Granite Hills Eagles. The Griffins' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Granite Hills lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Zachary Benitez, who threw for 423 yards and three TDs while completing 75.6% of his passes, and also punched in two rushing scores. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 316.4 passing yards per game. Noah Walker was another key player, picking up 160 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Los Alamitos' victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Granite Hills, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
