Soccer Game Preview: Model vs. Dalton + How To Watch

The Model Blue Devils will head out to challenge the Dalton Catamounts at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

Model's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Haralson County as they made off with an 8-0 victory. That's two games straight that Model have won by exactly eight goals.

Their offense was hitting Haralson County from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Hennessy Reyes led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Dalton was not able to secure the win in their season-opener on Thursday. They and Northwest Whitfield finished up their match with a 3-3 draw.

Model skirted past Dalton 3-2 when the teams last played back in February of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
