Soccer Recap: North Myrtle Beach Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, North Myrtle Beach has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They came up short against the Carolina Forest Panthers on Thursday, falling 4-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Carolina Forest this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in March.

North Myrtle Beach's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Carolina Forest, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

Looking ahead, North Myrtle Beach will head out to take on St. James at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. St. James will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something North Myrtle Beach surely won't give up without a fight. As for Carolina Forest, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Cape Henlopen on the 11th.
