Soccer Recap: White Plains' Undefeated Season over After Four Games

White Plains's game on Saturday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Harrison Huskies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to White Plains of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Their goal came courtesy of Sebastian Lopes, which was the first he's scored this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, White Plains fell to 3-1. As for Harrison, their win bumped their record up to 2-0-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. White Plains will take on John Jay at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harrison, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Yorktown at 3:00 p.m. on October 4.
