Basketball Recap: Baird Takes a Loss

Baird was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Gordon Longhorns, falling 60-25. The Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Longhorns apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2020.

Baird now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Gordon, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Ranger the next time they take the court. Baird will head out to face Ranger at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Gordon will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
