Volleyball Recap: Enterprise Prep Starts Season with Victory at Home

Enterprise Prep gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Dothan Wolves with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Enterprise Prep walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-14.

Dothan's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ella Brown, who had 11 kills and eight digs. Brown is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had seven or more in each of the last 14 games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Catherine Farmer, who had 27 assists and three digs.

Dothan's loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 28-14.

Enterprise Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dothan, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Enterprise on the 16th.
