Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Haddam-Killingworth). They blew past the Westbrook Knights 69-27 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Haddam-Killingworth's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.7 points per game. As for Westbrook, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Haddam-Killingworth will square off against Coginchaug Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Coginchaug Regional will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Haddam-Killingworth surely won't give up without a fight. As for Westbrook, they will take on Hale Ray at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
