Basketball Recap: Redmond's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Redmond has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 71-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars on Tuesday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Mustangs came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 22nd, while the Cougars are ranked 212th).

Redmond's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-3. As for Bothell/Inglemoor, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

Redmond will welcome Mercer Island at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bothell/Inglemoor, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars duke it out with the North Creek Jaguars at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
