Football Recap: Kentwood Conquerors vs. Tahoma Bears
Kentwood took a 28-point loss the last time they faced off against Tahoma, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Conquerors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 27-24 victory over the Bears on Friday. The win was familiar territory for the Conquerors, who have now won four matchups in a row.
Darian Williams had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 74 yards and three TDs, and also picked up 61 receiving yards. Marquise Jones was another key player, rushing for 143 yards.
