Baseball Recap: Memphis Takes a Loss

The Memphis Cyclones lost 11-1 to the Floydada Whirlwinds on Friday. The Cyclones have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Memphis now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Floydada, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Memphis will welcome Clarendon at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Floydada, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Wellington at 5:00 p.m.
